Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 14, 2026

1. Overview

Anonify Pro is a recurring subscription, billed either monthly or annually through our payment partner, Paddle. By upgrading, you agree to this Refund Policy as part of our Terms & Conditions. All Pro purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in the limited cases described below.

2. Subscription & Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You'll be charged the then-current price for your plan at the start of each new period.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing. Once cancelled, your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period — after that, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan and you won't be charged again.

4. No Refunds for the Pro Plan

Pro features — unlimited feedback links & chat rooms, password protection, photo/video/GIF sharing, AI summaries & sentiment insights, advanced analytics, and premium themes — unlock immediately the moment your payment succeeds. For this reason, all Pro subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any current or past billing period, for partial use, or for unused time remaining on a monthly or annual plan after you cancel. We also recommend trying everything available on the Free plan before upgrading.

5. Technical Issues, Billing Errors & Activation

If you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge) or your Pro features fail to activate after a successful payment, contact us through our Contact Page. We'll verify your transaction and resolve it promptly — including a refund if the charge was a genuine error on our end.

6. Abuse & Termination

If your account is suspended, terminated, or banned from Anonify due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (including but not limited to harassment, abuse, or illegal activity), you will not be eligible for a refund and your subscription will be cancelled without further charges.
